The Worth It Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of various Worth It sessions, along with the supervision of volunteers. The Coordinator is responsible for making and maintaining meaningful connections with county specific service providers. They serve as the liaison between service providers and participants, and work to develop a comprehensive network of services for each participant. This is a full time salaried position. Most work will be completed remotely but active Worth It sessions require the Coordinator to be on site.

The Bench Assistant Manager’s role is to learn the Assistant Manager & Store Manager position with the intent to find placement at another Worthwhile Thrift location. While training they will support the Store Manager in leading the store team (staff & volunteers). This is done through day to day administrative tasks as well as maintaining the store culture, encouraging team members in their roles, leading by example, being creative and monitoring sales. This is a full time, salaried, position with benefits. While working in the store they will also work with the Director of Thrift on projects including preparing for the next Worthwhile Thrift location.

The Well, a long-term residential restorative program, seeks to fill full-time and part-time Resident Support Staff positions. Approximate hours: Day-time 8 am - 4 pm, Evenings 3 pm or 4 pm -9 pm or 3 pm or 4 pm -11pm, Saturdays and Sundays 8a-4p and 4-9 or 4-11 pm evenings. The schedule will be consistent week to week.
